Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sanatan Treasures, every item is handled with sacred intent and spiritual integrity. As many of our products are energetically activated, we maintain a strict and mindful policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy


Orders can only be cancelled if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.

Once the shipping process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

To request cancellation (before dispatch), please email sanatantreasures9@gmail.com with your order number and full name.

2. Refund Policy


We do not offer refunds for orders that are successfully delivered, as our products carry spiritual energies that are considered transferred once the item leaves our care.

Exception: If your item arrives damaged or broken, a refund or replacement will be considered — subject to the conditions below.

3. Damaged Product Refund Conditions


To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage, you must:

Record an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened for the first time.

Ensure the video starts before the packaging is opened and clearly displays the condition of the item.

Email the video, along with your order details, to care@sanatantreasures.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Without video proof, we regret that we cannot process damage claims.

4. Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind or personal dislike of the product

Perceived energetic effects

Minor imperfections due to natural materials

Requests made without valid unboxing proof for damaged items

5. Processing Time for Eligible Refunds


Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
